We deliberately work in Flemish Brabant. That means we are on site quickly, know the ground and the local rules, and are still around after handover.

How much does a pool cost?
It depends on the size, finish, equipment and access to your garden. That is why we never guess: after the free site visit you get a fixed price within 5 working days, with no hidden costs.
How long does construction take?
We usually build a new pool in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the type and the weather. You get a concrete schedule with a fixed start date up front.
Do I need a permit?
In Flanders a pool in the back garden is often exempt from a planning permit, but it depends on the surface area, the location and your municipality. We check it for you during the site visit and help with the application if needed.
When should I start to swim this summer?
The earlier, the better. Planning for spring 2027 is under way now. If you decide in autumn or winter, you are usually swimming on the first warm days.
How much maintenance does a pool need?
With good filtration, automatic dosing and a cover or shutter, the weekly work is limited. Rather not think about it at all? We take over maintenance with a yearly contract.
What happens to my garden during the works?
We agree machine access and where the soil goes before we start. We protect driveway and lawn and tidy up every day. After handover, there is no building site left.
